MOUNTAIN BIKE AND OTHER SPORTS: All over Liguria, and especially in Riviera dei Fiori, the mild temperatures, the shape of the territory and the constantly sunny days allow everyone to practice any sports, both single or team sports, from sails to ski, to extreme sports, in every season. Some examples? Stone Gyms, acqua parks, or even a more traditional sport, like golf. During summer, (but not only) the sea attracts the biggest number of sportsmen: beautiful seabeds, beaches and rocks offer many chances of practising sports, from diving to surfing, from sailing to canoa: the latter can also be practiced in rivers. Hikers and trekkers can enjoy both winter tours (which go along with alpine skiing and cross-country skiing ) both spring tours. Horse riders will find high quality scenic routes on Alta Via dei Monti Liguri, and many others, above all in the hinterland, which follow the ancient routes joining the little villages, far from the urban noise.
